Hello everyone. Reading about everyones vacations. Looks like everyone had fun. We don't have a vacation to tell about but we do have news. First Brock and karie just got thier first home. They have a two story on second street. It is really nice and they are enjoying painting and decorating. Karie is stealing flowers from grandma linda because she is so excited to have her own flowers in her own front yard.

Second i have my own news. don't know if you all are aware that i have been seeing my childhood sweetheart. Jd was my school bus dream boat. lol. He grew up just a few houses up the rode from us and always saved me a seat on the bus. He also told my dad just before we lost him that someday he would be his son in law. I guess he knew what he was talking about. Jd proposed this weekend and of course i said yes!!!! He is a wonderful country boy with a heart of gold who was worth the wait. We are planning a Jan. wedding if his son can get leave from the Marines. We will let you all know soon. I think i am a very lucky woman and i am very happy. Just had to share the news. We are glad to be back but we are sad to be back to reality..........but glad to be back....I can't wait to see my nephews and nieces and Rob and Em of course.

Back from North Carolina

We had a good week at Sandy's and arrived home yesterday afternoon.

The kids had fun on the airplane and at the beach. We went to a beach called - Wrightsville Beach, NC.

It was awesome.

As you can see Jed and Ivy are growing up. Jed is in 6th Grade and Ivy is in 8th.

Looks like all are having a good summer.

But all in all we had a great day there. Monica rode with me on the Expedition Everest (big roller coaster) she did awesome. We loved that ride the most. Well I'm on my way to dinner with Pastor, Becky, and kids. lots of love.

We got to meet Aubrie Monday. She is such a beautiful and happy baby. It was a long hot but fun day today at MGM and Epcot. We are going to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom tomorrow. I have a picture of Ethan, Peyton, Landon, Sydney, and Jenna in my camera bag. I bet I've pulled it out at least 5 times today to look at. I miss them so much. I told Becky that I had the picture and she laughed because she had a picture of them too. I don't think those babies are loved at all.

Hello to all! Sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. It has been a little crazy between work and just getting back from vacation. Scott, Kayley and I just got back late Friday afternoon from Mrytle Beach. IT WAS WONDERFUL! We woke up Saturday morning, ready to go back. Love the pictures! I will have to go to Mel's to have her help me put some pictures on here. I don't have all that high tech stuff at my house. Well, I better get to work. Love to you all!!!

Daytona Beach

It's Sunday and Sam and Caleb brought us to the beach. We had a lot of fun. We are only on day 3 of vacation and we are soooooo tired. We are going to Disney tomorrow to check in and have a day with Scott, Stacy and Aubrie. I can't wait to see them. We are meeting up with Pastor Gary and Becky tomorrow also. Love ya all. Mel

Well, Missy, Aunt Pat, Uncle Alvin, Mom, and Cathy did a double shift with the quints on Saturday. I also dropped in for a couple of hours to peek at em and see first hand what it is like at Quint Central. Wow. All I can say is...hang in there Em and Rob. Beings that I am not a baby person (big shock, huh?) it blows my mind to think about the whole process. Anyways, I will continue to send good thoughts your way and pray for you all. The babies are beautiful and seem to be doing so well. It is really something to see them all get baths and fed and all.

And by the way, sorry I haven't blogged in so long, or as Uncle Bob says, blobbed. I have been super busy with a couple of classes and other projects going on. Will try and do betta.

NOTE TO MEL AND SHAWN: Be sure and be careful and have lots of fun on vacation. Tell Aunt Debbie and their whole crew we said hi and we love em! And whatever you do, do not forget to blob the speagle. (To all who weren't at Quint central on Saturday that is Uncle Bob's code for: Blog the speedo.) :$

Noah's allstar trav. team

Noah had three games last weekend. He hit two home runs in two of the games. He was so happy. He has a game tonight at 8pm (thursday), one Friday night and one saturday. This is it for him because we are leaving for vacation the 20th. We sported noah's name and # on the back of the truck for his games. He was smiling from ear to ear. Got to go.
